Friendly staff. Peaceful and quite surrounding area with a lake nearby. Rooms are a bit worn out but generally nice with a very good coffee machine. Love the gym and sauna. Breakfast buffet is also quite good as well.

The customer service is non existent- absolutely awful experience. The hotel offers a late check in after reception hours which we requested ahead of time.
