"The staff were great and especially friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but clean and had what we needed. We were unfortunately put near the ice machine which was noisy, so I would not recommend that. The breakfast was great and included a waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, toast & danishes, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and juice/coffee. They even had peanut butter for our waffles, which we love. A good value if you are just looking for the basics with an included breakfast."

"When I checked in the man behind the counter was very nice. From there everything went downhill. When I got to my room I discovered my door did not open/ close unless given extreme force. Which is painful and loud for other guests I’m sure. There was a light above the tv at the end of the bed that had a fully broken switch and did not turn off. I even tried to turn the nob with my nails and wasn’t able to turn it off. The walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbors conversations word for word until I put on headphones. When I checked out the man was very nice again but the breakfast room seemed unsanitary so I skipped that. Cheap price but pretty disappointed."

"Absolutely Wonderful I stayed for a week last year and again this year. I can say the new owners have made incredible improvements both inside and out. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and now has fabulous water temperatures for the shower! The grounds are clean and now feels safe. The family that now owns it are very kind. They make sure you're happy with your room. I look forward to staying here on my next visit."

"I can’t remember staying in a hotel that had no coffee maker in the room. There also was no closet or ironing board either. The website says there is coffee and tea available in the common areas, but they don’t tell you that that door is locked by 9AM!! And it’s a shame bc the coffee is delicious! There is a very thin blanket on the bed in between 2 sheets. I had to ask for another blanket. It was also thin and scratchy. The breakfast is nothing but carbs. There is a waffle machine and then bagels or toast - or cereal. You can’t have a whole muffin as they only put out slices of muffins. No fruit or protein except for the small yogurts that are available before they run out. It wasn’t a terrible hotel, but we won’t stay here again."

"The hotel itself seems nice but the people that I’ve dealt with there are horrible. I’m on a road trip and stopped to visit my parents in law for two nights. When we got into our room it smelled like someone literally hot boxed inside. We didn’t touch anything and talked with the front desk. We told them the issue and asked if there was a different room or if we can get a refund cuz due to my husbands health issues we can’t be around it plus I’m under the weather right now and it was helping anything. We aren’t picky with rooms so we truly didn’t care what we are in. The front desk was extremely rude. Told me she can’t do anything and can’t help what other people do. I told her that I understand that but we literally can not stay in this room so we will be going to a different hotel then. She just kept repeating herself and basically hung up on me. Expedia tried contacting them with no answer and I had to book a different hotel paying for everything again. I tried talking with the front desk to let them know that we are leaving but they wouldn’t answer me either. As of right now they are refusing anything and I’m just really frustrated how the front desk handled the situation. I use to manage a hotel so I understand things happen but the solution what not that"
