"You can’t complain for the price it’s clean & has everything you need it to have, the only negative I could say is the room size as it is quite smaller but again you cannot complain and would deffo recommend! Also The lovely lady at the reception from DR, my apologies as I forgot your name but you was so helpful, accommodating, informative and just overall lovely & sweet! You made me happy and my holiday & experience so much better! Thank you so much! Great location also! Would definitely come back!"
"Clean hotel, very near the train station and the town, where we went each evening for food. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.
Not so keen on the vending machines, they did run out of drinks, not great when there's 12 of us, but we coped!
Parking was convenient, but it didn't always like our number plates (we're from the UK)!"
"Good stay. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Easy commuting into the city center. Clean. Beds are tiny but that is to be expected in some parts of Europe. Overall a pleasant experience."
"The only thing that I found slightly sparse was the fact that there was only one luggage cart, and it was not available when I arrived. Which meant that I had to lug my heavy luggage myself. The receptionist was unable to find a helping hand, but ended up helping me herself, which I appreciated. But I do feel that one cart is simply not enough.
The renovated room was awesome. Very comfortable and clean. I would have liked a normal coffee maker though. The little cups make strong coffee and there was no milk available. I did appreciate finding real glassware. Bigger mugs would have been wonderful.
I would suggest that the hotel prohibits smoking on the balcony. The rooms that bordered my balcony had people in them who smokes. One cigarettes, the other cannabis. So I really could not enjoy the balcony,
But... in general I would gladly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay near beautiful Edam and Volendam."
"The hotel was easy to travel to from Amsterdam Central. Our room was clean & tidy with everything functioning well. Staff where friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was nice & didn't require parking. Over all a great stay 5*. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊"
