"This hotel is enormous. I was blown away by the shear size and openness of it! The only thing I didn't like was the carpet in the hallways, making it very difficult to move heavy luggage around on it. The room was very comfortable and bed soft. I usually have a difficult time sleeping in hotels, but not this one! The breakfast, while at an extra fee, was WELL worth the price! The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I have been to several hotels around the O'Hare Airport and this hotel is my absolute favorite. I need to look into their rewards program, because this is where I will be staying every time I travel in and out of Chicago. :) "

"The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very clean and quiet place to stay. The veiw was lovely as well. The building was very easy to navigate and get from our room to the outside with no issues. Will definitely use this hotel next time im in the area! "
