"The breakfast was very good with options everyone in my family enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our disappointment came in the overall upkeep of the facility and particularly the pool. I booked this hotel four months ago when we made our travel plans because of the extra space in the room and the pool. When weather prevented us from swimming outdoors, I thought, "At least we have the hotel pool!" But we didn't. I had not idea it had been closed. I would have looked for another hotel had I known because that was a significant piece for our family.

"Recently renovated room. Lots of things done cheaply. To turn off reading lights have to jump out of bed to get to central switch. Floors are vinyl and don’t feel well attached. There was a hinge in a cabinet that needed to be e repaired ( reported but not fixed). Exhausted fan didn’t work in bathroom. Good in the morning gwas ok. The place you eat it in obviously needs decoration. I felt I was eating in a shed. Here’s the biggest issue. They do NOT clean the rooms unless you specifically ask for iyt to be done a day in advance. Please read that again. We weren’t told that when we checked in. We were wondering so finally we went down and asked. I asked 2 different folks and both said (probably trained to say this) “we are a different type of place”. This hotel just put lipstick on a pig. I suggest you avoid. Ps My rating are kind."
"The property is dated and could use some updating, but it is clean. Our room had a kitchenette that is advertised to be stocked with dishes and cooking essentials, but it was not. You have to ask the front desk for whatever you want to use . Even a coffee pot ! This defeats the purpose of booking a room with a stocked kitchen. The breakfast offered was rather simple compared to comparable hotels. Instead of prepared oatmeal, for example, there was hot water and an oatmeal packet. The offerings were very limited. So given the kitchen was not stocked and the breakfast was rather slim, we went out which was not part of our plan. Finally, we have an extra charge on our account that wasn't explained. I have a message in to find out why."
