Overall, good experience. We came for an IU football game. So the location was close. Needed a roof and a bed, and it provided that. Obviously, if you expect the amenities of a regular hotel, you won't get those. We needed to ask for soap twice since when we arrived there was no soap to wash our hands, and when they cleaned the room the second day, they forgot it again. But those little things were minor. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Met the expectations of a motel.

Comfortable, convenient (close to our son’s apartment), ample parking, easy in/out, nice updated room (clean, modern upgrades) but would benefit from a few more elements (table lamps, wall decor, more comfortable desk chair). Great value! Recommend!

Great stay and perfect location!

Rooms were remodeled, clean, comfy. The owners (husband & wife) were amazing and so kind. Location was perfect to get to daughter’s dorm and quick to town. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!!

I've been traveling my whole life and this is the first time that I stayed in a motel where the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the only restaurant in walking distance is a really nice breakfast place but it's only open for breakfast, or a McDonald's. This is also the first place I've ever stayed in where there's no closet of any kind and there's nowhere in the bathroom or anywhere to hang a shirt or a jacket. I hung my shirt on the telescoping handle of my luggage. They provide the world's tiniest bars of soap and there's nowhere in the the shower to actually put the soap. This is a place that would be okay for construction crews where their bosses are are trying to save money. The morning coffee is actually better than expected. The family that runs the place is actually quite respectful and nice but this motel is only appropriate if you've run out of money.

I was pleasantly surprised on this hotel! Pulling up the look on the outside doesn’t do it justice on the rooms. They were remodeled, clean, and beds were shockingly comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

MUCH nicer than expected. Our room was not only spotless, everything in it was brand new - furniture, floors, bathroom tiles etc. Very glad we choose this hotel. Great staff and location too.

Clean and comfortable stay!

Excellent location, 1 min from IU football stadium. Newly renovated rooms, modern clean. TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, toiletries. Everything I needed for the weekend. The manager/owner was very courteous and I appreciate when an owner puts money back in his property. Clearly updated the entire hotel, currently the reception area so no construction noise. I was very pleased and didn’t pay the outrageous price that other hotels charge in the exact same area because they know people will be visiting the college. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location for football and basketball games. Room was fine for basic motel. Bed was comfortable which was a plus. I did request for no maid service with the manager who noted my room number and said he would take care of it - but came back to room in the evening and maid's came in which wasnt happy about.

Don't Judge A Book By The Cover

The parking lot was clean but hadn't been resurfaced or redone in a while. However, the room was comfortable and properly maintained. The bathroom had relatively new shower head.
