It was an event weekend for the University so the price per night exceeded $800. We never had our room cleaned and no extras seen at other area hotels we have stayed at like bottles of water in the room or snacks in the lobby. Charging an obscene premium rate without any service provided was disappointing.

The property is located in a good location, easy to access both downtown Bloomington and the University. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I have no complaints and this is my usual place to stay when I visit Bloomington.

This is a pretty standard Hyatt, clean, with comfortable beds, nice staff, and well located in the downtown -- walkable to campus though not super close. I wish they didn't charge extra for parking, but I especially wish the pool had been operative since I chose the hotel for the pool. The manager promised a refund of part of the price through Expedia but I haven't seen anything of that yet.

It was convenient, but very noisy and the room doors take a major pull or push to open. Floors are noisy as well. Refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold. Decent breakfast.
