"The room was great, but the check in process was awful. The machine did not have our reservation - And it wasn’t just us. It appeared to not work for anyone. We got in late and are from another country so when we couldn’t check in and couldn’t phone the service number, we don’t know what we were going to do. Luckily, another guest was able to call the service number and activate a room key card for us - But then they could not check in either! Vet stressful at the end of a long day :("

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und vor allem gibt es absolut alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht: von hervorragender Ausstattung und Geschirr in der Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche. "A great hotel in a great location. Beautifully situated overlooking the small village of Schröken, with beautiful valley and mountain views, with a very welcoming and kind staff. The only negative I can think of was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving furniture."
