"Princess Kinli is a lovely small modern hotel in walking distance to the beach and town in a quiet area of Marmaris. It has a pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our stay."

1.The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to walk to many places easily.
2.The pool was very large and inviting.
3.Our room was clean, and the staff were helpful.
Cons:
1.The furniture in the room was a bit dated and could use some renovation. It might have been an intentional design choice for a certain atmosphere, but I’m not entirely sure. Since we only stayed for one night, it wasn't a significant issue for us.
2.The lack of a hotel parking lot could be a concern for those...
"At first we had a little problem with the room that was given to us but after getting another room are stay was pleasant. The hotelmanager and staff are really kind and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much to ask for. There was always somebody to help us with anything."

"Arrives early hours of the morning. I chilled in the reception area for a couple hours then went to explore until my room was ready at 2pm.
The hotel is central, outside the door turn right and 20 seconds is the beach, turn left 30 seconds is the main road with bars and shops!! The location was perfect.
The room was OK, beds were a bit hard, but I can sleep anywhere so that didn’t bother me. The bathroom was a bit dirty and run down around the shower, could do with a bit of TLC.
The pool was small but that’s all the hotel needed. While I was there I saw max 4 people in there (no sun bed wars!!!)
Breakfast was a great addition, lots of choice and alway hot.
There are bars close by which do have music going on till 00:30, then it all stops which is great!
Overall the rooms couldn’t with TLC but would I return Yea !! "

The bedding and towels changed most days and room cleaned I have a beautiful stay, most people there were Turkish. But as an English person I felt very comfortable in the hotel. 10/10 for me. I would return "
"The hotel was in a great location - an easy walk from the port, right on the beach (with free sun beds and table service), and within a few minutes walk of main bus stops, taxi stands etc. The hotel itself was nice and its restaurant also good. What really made the stay was that all the staff members I encountered were absolutely lovely, kind, and helpful. A small downside is the night noise - the hotel is on a strip with competing DJs and parties but it only goes from around 9pm till around midnight or 1am and with some earplugs to sleep, it’s ok. "

"Rooms were big and clean. But the food was terrible, staff were ok. Night staff ( can’t remember his name) was very nice. My last day I had another man at the reception was very kind. They were all very young in experience, some tried really hard some were not.
As far as the staff it was definitely a mix feeling. What really bother me the most was the food cups for drinking looked dirty. No air conditioning in the main area, internet terrible.
First time I complain in all inclusive hotel. "
