"Night time staff during check in was unfriendly/unwelcoming. Room shower wasn’t clean and had a window view of a large storage container. Overall, the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and the hallway rugs had large stains. The common areas were well kept and beautiful. They advertise a full beautiful bar that was completely empty and closed. Free breakfast was just ok and the one staffer they had seemed unhappy to be there. With that being say, it really is in the “heart” of the strip and convenient. Pool and hot tub was beautiful although they removed all the plants surrounding it that are in the pictures. For the price, it was worth it. I booked April 12, 2026 and it was only $108 with taxes. I wouldn’t be happy if I paid more money. "

"The breakfast was awful. It took the kids so long to get pancakes the machine was so slow . No fresh fruit. No pastries. The house keepers was very loud in the mornings yelling and screaming in the hallways!! And at about 4 somebody would be delivering carts to the floors and sounds like they would be throwing them out the elevator waking us up!! Don’t go here if you want to relax !!"

"I was a little disappointed and would have liked the fire pit to be more close to the hotel. It felt a little isolated and not with the hotel . The fire pit was also a bit to high . Didn’t have chairs around the fire pit to relax . But did have picnic tables to sit at . The pool and hot tub was amazing . It’s indoor heated pool with a kiddie pool as well. Breakfast was good as well . "

"I can’t imagine a better place for kids under10. Kids absolutely loved being there for a week."

"The highlight was that were was a ton of bear activity, even in late March as this hotel backs up to the national park. The bed was comfortable. Nighttime staff was not much help, and they seemed understaffed (couldn't get a towel for the pool area. The hotel grounds were nice. Would consider staying again."

"Room was very clean. The outdoor pool was closed for a few hrs 1 day, no fault of the resort just fixing a leak. Play ground was closed for maintenance. This wasnt communicated to us. 😒 This was disappointing to my 3 yr old grandson. "
