"My son had a great time at the indoor water park. The room was comfortable and clean but there was no microwave, no coffee maker, and no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The have a coffee shop and it must be purchased. Also, if you don’t do online check in by 11 am they will charge you $50 to check in at 3 instead of 4. Most hotels will let you check in early if your room is available. The drink machines were $4 for a soda. The restaurants were nice on site but had long wait times. Personally I don’t think I’ll stay there again for the reasons listed. "

"Imagine for a moment that you check in and get your room keys as normal. Go up to your room with your bags and then try to unlock your room. The door opens, but the chain is engaged. Hmm, that's weird. Oh, there are already people in this room, and that is a horrible experience for both the people trying to enter and the people who were in bed. So you go back to the front desk and "Oh, that room was supposed to go to you, but the other front desk person gave it away. heres a different room." So you go to the second room, and as it's been a long day, go to take a shower, but oh wait, the towels are already dirty. A ridiculous experience from start to finish, we will not be returning."

"Clean & comfy room. The hot tub is very big, we enjoyed time in it. Could’ve been a smidge hotter. The breakfast was AMAZING. The gentleman that was preparing it was very nice. Check in was super easy. "

"Good breakfast and close to Dollywood with the balcony over the stream, drawbacks were noise from the geese and our door was left open by the maid so you might want to leave a do not disturb sign out."
