"This is so rundown and dirty. I was there for the grand opening and it was beautiful then. I couldn’t believe they haven’t maintained it. It has so much potential, though. It was not enjoyable. We will not return."

"Big spacious one bedroom suite. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room to spread out. Close to Biltmore and downtown Asheville."

"The place was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open yet for our trip, so we did not get to experience that portion of the property. Loved that there was a coffee shop and Cafe on-site. It was a little off the strip, but close enough that the walk wasn't bad and the free trolley service that toured the area was a great convenience since parking is limited and fee based."

"If you head into the garage from the back side you need to go up a couple levels to check in. Not a lot of signage to help you figure it out c other than that, awesome staff, location and room."
