"Perfect location in the middle of everything!"

"Close to great restaurants. The rooms are a little out dated but clean. The room we stayed in had a ice comfortable bed. The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower door woudlnt stay closed. The bathroom floor was very slick even when dry. "

"This is the best location in the town! It was so convenient to walk to all the places. The only time we drove while in town was to get to Dollywood for a day! "

"Good location, short walk to main road with all the shops and restaurants. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly, hotel itself clean. Pool and restaurant inside the hotel however, were very disappointing. Pool was always dirty with bugs, hair, ect. We stayed for a week, visited the restaurant/ snack area several times, and only ever purchased anything one time because there was no one around to serve us or check us out. The two occasions we did see and speak to someone they were rude. "

"Pro: Location! Hotel is located on the strip and everything is within walking distance. 1 BDRM (2) Queen Beds suite is spacious. Cons: 1: Staff not knowledgable of hotel. After check in, we noticed the room were missing things. No ironing board, hair dryer, cups and only 2 towels. My wife went to the office and inquired. Reception gave her additional towels and told her someone will be up to bring the hair dryer (no one ever came). Following morning she inquired again and the lady at the front desk told her that hair dryers were not part of the amenities! My wife then looks up the hotel info and see's hair dryer is indeed part of the amenities so she goes back to office and tells them that we are still missing cups, ironing board and a hair dryer. Eventually they brought everything up. 2. Going down to breakfast on our 2nd day and coffee didn't seem to look right and notice the refill light is on. I asked about the coffee if needs refilled and lady said, they do not know anything about the coffee and that someone else comes and service the coffee. So we left and went to Starbucks! Also the breakfast is below average and breakfast area is small. 3. Indoor pool is NOT HEATED! It was freezing and hot tub not working! 4. No TV in the bedroom, appears someone took it off. 5. The cabinet door hits the light when its opened! Summary: Hotel has so much potential! With proper cleaning, and having the right employees who cares about their job, this hotel could be a gem! "
