"The property is in a nice location right on the Laguna waterfront with lots of restaurants and conveniently located adjacent to Ralph’s grocery store. However, the parking was limited to one stall per unit, the bedding was not cleaned before arrival (hairs and stains seen), and very limited kitchen cookware (no colander or cookie sheet or griddle and one size of glasses and two cereal bowls only). The barbecue works but must be shutoff at main or gas leaks can be smelled and the bathroom was one...

"The location was amazing and we had such a great time! The room could use a few refreshing updates, but that’s pretty typical for a beachfront spot in such a prime location. Being so close to the beach made it completely worth it, and we really enjoyed our stay."
