"There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money?"

"Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Explained all facilities and restaurant options. Booked a table for us when we had chosen a place to eat. After that he left us to it which made the stay relaxed and homely. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Generous tea/coffee in the room. A perfect place to stay in PE!"

"When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment "
