Great location from which to explore the beautiful county of Northumberland.

Nice staff, good room with everything you need. Clean and well serviced. Food could be a little better but breakfast is excellent.

We were given Room 204 near the lifts. Upon entry we discovered that we had been given a room with an assisted bathroom. There was an assisted shower, part of which was in the process of collapse. The sink was too small and we couldn't fill the kettle because the spout hit the tap every time. Other ...
