"The bed was way too firm. The room temperature would not cool down. It seems that it needed motion to keep the system active, but when you are sleeping that doesn’t happen. They ran out of regular syrup. I can’t use sugar free because it will give me a migraine. No milk and several other items were out. I asked the front desk and they were unsympathetic to the issue. For $250 I would expect much better quality and service. "
