"I had the impression that FLETCHER Hotels stood for "COMFORT" but if this is what they describe as "comfort", I'll certainly would never stay at any of this hotel group's properties again. The rooms are small and very sparsely furnished and the lighting is so minimal that it is laughable. Did Pinochhio design this for a group of toddlers? One wonders! The only "desk" was a round table with a diameter slightly larger than a bar stool and two small chairs. There is no way that a couple can spend...

"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

"The hotel is a little tired. We stayed in a small apartment which wasn't really clear it wasn't on the hotel property. Also no ac and it was pretty hot the days we were there. There are a few places to eat and drink, rather there could have been. Only one place was open limited hours during our stay. It was reasonably clean and the staff were all friendly, just for 600 a night we expected a little more. "

"Amazingly nice.. was driving from Frankfurt to Amsterdam and stopping to see a friend in Borken. This seemed like a good option and it was. My only one critic would be better and more pillows on bed. The ones they had on ours were extremely loose and not supportive so they collapsed easily. Had to compress and roll into a ball to get any support. Outside that one small complaint, fantastic and well taken care of and the town is adorable. "
