Hotels near Bodegas Hacienda del Carche

"Staff, location and outdoor amenities were good. Breakfast average. BUT the the room was very poor with the soundproofing being non existent OR totally ineffective as we could hear people in the rooms to the side and above going to the toilet, having showers etc - this totally let down the Hotel and the hard work of the staff and location. The lighting was poor AND the television seemed old and we could only occasionally get something in English - which was French News in English ( French News in French was also only available occasionally) And it was only occasionally - No Youtube or Netflix etc. The room generally looked like it needed updating - I did regard it as 4 Star and would not return to this Hotel and only chose it because we had lovely stay at the Hotel Port Alicante and erroneously thought this would be of the same standard and quality."

"Beautiful hotel out in the quiet countryside, very peaceful unless they are having an event ( they do weddings) but these are nice affairs and it’s nice to see how the Spanish do weddings. But after 1100am all quite so well controlled by the hotel. This really is a unique and quite divine hotel, we stayed in the main building with our Dogs but you can stay in one of the eight chalet time apartments they have on the grounds which looked beautiful with fantastic views to all sides. Menu typically Spanish but all very good. Worth a visit if you want piece and quiet and especially if you have a dog(s) "
