"Lovely hotel in Saronno, perfect base for Milan sightseeing. 30 minutes from Malpenza and Milan on the train with a great breakfast and large rooms at an excellent price. Very friendly staff as well."

"Honestly could not give this place a better review. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made the experience so special with a welcome prosecco and a beautiful room with a terrace that had a breathtaking view of Como di Lago. Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful and informative. They helped provide information during one of the strike days to help us get around. My wife is gluten free and we booked the restaurant for our engagement anniversary and to celebrate our honeymoon. They brought in gluten free pasta for our reservation. The octopus spaghettoni was amazing! They also accomodated with providing gluten free breads everytime we went for breakfast. We felt welcomed and relaxed. It was a truly lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel"

"This is an imposing looking hotel with nice surroundings & good parking facilities considering it is near the airport. However, inside it is rather tired. Our room was adequate but the tea & coffee making facility was awful; paper cups.... in a 4 star hotel.......seriously! plus no spoon, just a wooden stick.....again poor for a 4 star hotel. We had to ask for milk from reception & the tea bag selection was green ,chamomile or mint,no ordinary tea bags provided. The shower was little more than a dribble; all it probably needs is the shower head replacing. The buffet breakfast area is very small meaning everyone is on top of each other trying to help themselves which is crazy considering the actual dining room is large. The coffee was good & hot. Overall rather disappointing."
