Bad experience , would not recommend it to any one

Far away from all the main & nice places & attractions. We booked 2 rooms when we arrived only one room was ready, they gave us the 2nd room 2 hours later. We stayed for 8 nights, when we asked 4 a late check out 4 one of the rooms bcoz we had a late flight they refused !!! We also had a mouse in our room

: Stunning Views but Service Needs Improvement We recently stayed in the sea view suite, which was impressive with its two huge terraces—one off the sitting room and another off the bedroom—offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to our experience. However, the service was disappointingly slow. It often took longer than expected to receive any service, which affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the prices seemed overrated for the quality and speed of service provided. While the views and room were wonderful, the value for money didn’t quite meet our expectations. If you’re looking for a place with great views and can overlook the service delays, this might be worth considering. Otherwise, you might want to weigh the pros and cons.

Böyle güzel yere yakışmıyor

Bu mükemmel yerde resepsiyona bağlı birimler saat gibi çalışırken restoralar dökülüyor. Ana restoranda suşi sipariş ediyorsunuz. PRİNÇ KALMADIĞI İÇİN getiremiyorlar. Bar-plaj bölümünde garsonlar çok iyi niyetli ama berbat bir sistematik yüzünden siparişler müthiş gecikiyor. Daha önce de kaldık ce çok memnunduk. Bu sefer değil.

Eğer eski kuum otel müşterisiyseniz hiçbişeyin eskisi gibi olmadığını belirtmek isterim.Servis güler yüz yemekler sandığımız gibi değildi.Hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.Beach işletmesi değişmiş ve değiştiği çok belli pideden zehirlendik.Fiyat performansı karşılamadı eğer çok pahalı ücretlerden Oda almayı planladıysanız tekrar düşünün.

Geçen yılda kuumu tercih ettiğimiz için bu yıl balayımızda tercih etmek istedik. Hiç yanılmamışız iyi ki kuum otel diyoruz. Servis kalitesi , yemeklerin lezzeti, odaların düzenli temizliği balayımızı çok güzel geçirmemize sebep oldu. Özellikle beach kısmında Dilay Hanım’a sonsuz teşekkürler. Müşteri memnuniyetini en üstte tutmak için elinden geleni yaptı kendisine sonsuz sevgiler. Girişten çıkışa kadar güleryüzü ve samimiyetleri için tüm kuum otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. İyileştirmelerle mükemmel olabilecek bir otel

Odanın genişliği manzarası çok ferahtı. Kullanılan tekstil ürünleri çarşaf yastık vs kaliteliydi. Kahvaltı çok kısıtlı ve zayıftı. Otelin içerisinde bulunan gece kulubü işletmesinde her akşam dj performans olduğu için gece 1-2 ye kadar çok gürültülü oluyor oda izolasyonu yeterli olmadığı için gece rahat uyuyamayabilirsiniz.bizim için çok problem değildi. Masaj ve hamam kısmını kullandık fiyatları abartılı değildi ve hizmet güzeldi geniş bir spa alanı var. Bar kısmındaki personel ilgili ve iyiler Servis kısmındaki personelin geliştirilmesi gerekiyor, Çok tekrarlamak zorunda kalabilirsiniz siparişi veya ben böyle anlamışım diyip başka bir ürün getirip değiştirmemekte ısrarcı olabiliyorlar.

The ocean view from our room in kuum hotel is phenomenal, breakfast was superb as well the lunch we had at our cabana , the staff was very helpful by reserving us a cabana right by the water , we were served delicious meals as well as cocktails. Our stay could not have been any more better than this, all thanks to the amazing manager at this hotel. She was extremely kind and ensured our stay here was perfection. Definitely will be booking our next stay here at kuum hotel in bodrum because of her impeccable hospitality.

This was a wonderfully chilled hotel that fulfilled all of our requirements for a peaceful and relaxed holiday. The staff were charming and perhaps more to the point, so were the other guests who, on occasions can turn a fabulous holiday into a miserable experience.

Fiyat performans açısından vasat bir otel

Fiyat performans açısından son derece vasat kaldı .Denizi sabah saatlerinde inanılmaz güzel oluyor öğlen ve sonrası dalgalı (sabah 8-9 da girmeyi denemelisiniz). İlk günün girişten sonra deniz kenarındaki resturantta 1 adet pizza 1 kızartma tabağı 1 kola 750 lira tuttu .fiyatına göre vasat bir yemekti kızartma çok agir ve dondurulmuş ürünlere benziyordu.bizde sonraki sefer Türkbükü sahilindeki balıkçılardan yemeğe devam ettik. İyiki araba ile gitmişiz yoksa her seferinde yemeğe gitmek için taksi ariycaktik . Ertesi sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde kahvaltıda üstünde küçük sinek olmayan bir meyve sebze yoktu . Bizde içlerinden duzgun karpuz kavun seçip yedikten sonra tekrar turkbukunde kahve krusan yemeğe gittik :) sabah kahvaltıda sütlü veya latte bulamazsınız sade filtre veriyorlar . 7.30-8 de kahvaltı eden bir aile olarak latte istediğimizde 9.30 da Starbucks var anca orda ücretli alabileceğimizi söylediler.Oda temizliğini degerlendiricek olursak güzel temizliyorlar ,üstlerinizi hergun güzelce katlayıp düzeltip çıkıyorlar . Otelde en çok dikkatimi çeken temizleyen çalışanlardan tutun mutfak çalışanlarına kadar her köşede telefondan yüksek sesle arabesk dinlediklerine şahit olabilirsiniz ☺️

Jeg har haft en skøn ferie på Kuum Hotel. Personalet var ekstra ordinær venlige og smilende og sørgede for, at hele familien hyggede sig. Skønne omgivelser og rigtig god tyrkisk mad.
