"This is a centrally located hotel, close to shops, restaurants, the main bus station, the castle and the water. I reserved a double room but was given one with 2 single beds which wasn't ideal. Fortunately the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The ac worked well which was great because the weather was hot. The highlights were the buffet breakfast and the location. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be with limited English. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing."
"A lovely hotel in the heart of Bodrum, perfectly located within walking distance of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The dolmuş bus station is also nearby, making it easy to explore more of Bodrum and the surrounding areas.
The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, they were friendly, generous, and genuinely hospitable. A special thank you to the bar staff, who always went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!"
"Excellent hotel! Staff are amazing throughout the hotel, welcoming, friendly and take their jobs seriously. The hotel is fantastic, rooms are big and spacious and the amenities are nice.
The only let down is the shop. Be careful in turkey with paying by card in any shop. The shop in the reception overcharged me and made me pay £88 by card for a body spray that was supposed to be priced at 20 euros. Big let down for the hotel as this shop isn’t even representative or part of the hotel. That’s the only reason why I’m taking 1 star of. The hotel itself is great."
"not wait to return!
I am writing this review from my sun lounger on the pristine beach very sad that it’s our last day!
The staff are the friendliest & most attentive I have experienced in a long time. From the bar staff and waiters to the entertainment team to the grounds people, they really are lovely humans!
Food offerings were great, we particularly liked eating in the outside seating area of the Magico restaurant. Always lots of choices available for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Our room was absolutely huge, kept immaculately clean and was very comfortable for our 7 night stay.
The gym is good for a hotel gym, plenty of equipment and open 7am - 10pm.
SO many activities but no one is pushy to get you to join. You can check on the app for the schedule and there is so much to keep you entertained.
Evening entertainment was excellent, themed nights, live performers lots of dancing and a dj until 2am in the beach bar.
Lots of lovely cats with a cat home inside the hotel grounds. They don’t beg for food and are clearly treated well by the staff.
10/10 experience and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow!"
"very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Dante restaurant was very good and reasonably priced along with bar menu compared to other establishments in Bodrum. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and an egg station with very attentive staff.
The only negative is they need to make it more clearer to guests that they need to remove the hotel towels from sun loungers when they finished using and place towels in basket so other guests can use sun loungers"
DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club Ultra All Inclusive Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. However, what could have been a negative experience was completely turned around by the exceptional response from the hotel team.
A special thank you to Eren, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From upgrading us to a larger room for the three of us sharing, to arranging complimentary reservations at the hotel's fantastic Italian restaurant, his dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding.
From that moment on, everything was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and all facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and beautiful pier beachfront.
The hotel's location is ideal, close enough to Bodrum town centre, the marina, shops, and Bodrum Castle, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
What we loved most was the hotel's size. It offers all the facilities you need while maintaining an intimate, personalised feel. What began as a concern quickly became a memorable holiday experience.
Thank you to Eren and the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum."
