Muy insatisfecho

Llegue la reserva no aparecia el personal no daba respuesta de kada la pagina me cobro y en el hotel otra vez, aun que nos sostuvieron el precio la habitacio al baño se le filtraba el agua no le hacen aseo a la habitación mientras este hospedado la piscina muy pequeña para tanta gente las fotos engañan ,el personal es muy desinformado de los huespedes que hay en el lugar

Super cute hotel right in the heart of La Vega. Close to the town plaza as well as restaurants, bakeries, and bars. The main street is one block away. The street hotel is quiet but has plenty of options for food and such. Highly recommend Panaderia Esmeralda for delicious Colombian baked good.

Cuando se llegó al hotel nos informan que no hay servicio de piscina ni desayuno gratis como estaba escrito en la reservación, no nos dieron ninguna solución.

When I checked in the attendant was asleep and did not know where we could park because there was no parking which caused a major problem with us carry in our bags for a long way. This was very disappointing. He was very bad with his attitude. The next day the staff was very attentive and apologetic for the check-in.

ASPECTOS IMPORTANTES A MEJORAR

realice la reserva por HOTELES .COM donde inicialmente ofrecieron una habitación con valcon y un valor del hospedaje,según ellos habían realizado la confirmación con el hotel de dicho valor y la habitación pero jamas fue verdad, engañando a los clientes, en el hotel no nos dieron la habitación acordada y el valor a pagar era totalmente diferente, la piscina no es como aparece en las fotos parece piscina de niños, le falta música en la piscina, le falta mejorar al hotel los empleados son groseros con los huésped ,solo se puedes destacar el servicio de un empleado llamado ( Sebastian) otro aspecto a mejorar es que el huésped no debe estar detrás del servicio del hotel,es algo que debe brindar el hotel según lo que ofrecen en las reservas, el desayuno rico..como sugerencia deberían revisar las agencias por las cuales uno reserva para que no engañen a la gente como lo hizo (HOTELES.COM)

Baja calificación y mala experiencia.

El ruido es terrible. No logramos utilizar el área de la piscina porque es muy pequeño y todo el tiempo estuvo lleno, con personas muy alicoradas y ruidosas. La habitación es bastante reducida y no se consigue dentro del hotel restaurante para almorzar y cenar. El precio es bastante elevado para los servicios que prestan. Se consiguen otros hoteles por valor igual o inferior y mejora servicios.

El hotel no cuenta con parqueadero. La imagen de la piscina en las fotos se ve más grande de lo que es, y los precios no incluyen impuestos del 19%. La atención es buena, los desayunos son ricos, las habitaciones son bonitas y muy frescas
