I simply cannot believe that this hotel is considered a four star hotel on Expedia.
The room that my son and I were booked at looks like it has not been mortal since the 1990s furniture was broken down. There was a shock hazard/electrical wire hanging out from underneath the AC. The patio door does not lock at all. There were ants on the bed and a fly in the toilet, the door handle to the bathroom door was sticky. I honestly don’t know where to start with how bad this experience was for us however, let me just say that the staff was very lovely and nice and tried their best to make a good situation out of it. I cannot believe that this is actually a licensed Hilton hotel, if Hilton were to send their own inspectors here I think they would pull their license immediately. The owners of this franchise simply do not want to invest any money in this place and it is literally falling apart. Please see the pictures they’ll speak for themselves. And it’s not because it’s located in the bad area on the contrary, it is actually located in a very nice area and in the heart of Williamsburg where there a lot of nice decent hotels. bottom line is there’s no justification for allowing this place to fall apart and become as rundown as it is. They are making a lot of money being next to Busch Gardens, and refuse to reinvest any of it into the hotel itself."
