Just 2 things to improve on - 1) Upon check-in, when I paid for parking and tourist tax, the sum didn’t add up. But the difference was minimal (about SGD5) and I was tired, after a long day so...

The hotel and its staff are wonderful. They are friendly and so helpful. We forgot to bring our travel adapter and couldn’t find a shop to buy one. Hotel staff Matt, brought us to the shopping mall near the train station. We really appreciate that. Thank you so much, Grandezza. We hope to visit again soon.

The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to relax.
