"Hotel des Grauen von Anfang bis Ende. Angekommen nach fast 6 Stunden Fahrt treffen wir auf eine verlassene Rezeption wo eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt war, die gar nicht funktioniert hat. Dann haben wir eine knappe Stunde gewartet bis wir Zimmer eins bekommen haben. Deluxe Suite. Fenstergriff kaputt eiskalt weil das Fenster offen war, die Heizungen funktionierten gar nicht. Von Deluxe nichts zu merken. Kleiner als ein Schuhkarton. Also Zimmer zwei bekommen eine reine Zeitreise. Staubfänger...

"Das erste Zimmer meiner Mutter war suboptimal, direkt an der Straße, klein und morgens sehr laut, da gegenüber vom Frühstückssaal. Als ich dem Chef gegenüber erwähnt habe, dass meine Mutter in ihrem Zimmer ziemlich unglücklich ist, hat es sofort ein anderes Zimmer organisiert und zwar auch im EG und in dem Gebäude, in dem auch mein Zimmer lag. Das Personal war insgesamt super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Da wir mit unserem kleinen Hund unterwegs waren, der nicht in das Frühstückssaal rein...

"Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised"

"The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back"

"Svårt att se att byggnaden var ett hotell och inte lätt att förstå hur man skulle checka in. Receptionen hade väldigt begränsad öppentid, men var inte ens öppen när den skulle vara det. Annars var allting toppen!"

"A wonderful place to stay with super friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking for the most part is on the street, but the neighborhood is very safe. Anne was so nice and friendly, we loved her and will return one day soon! "
