"WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. "
"We arrived on Tuesday this week and checked out today at Noon.
The arrival was first class. Staff were friendly and attentive.
The room 540 was excellent being in a quieter area on the second floor with a courtyard view.
Room amenities were excellent.
The restaurant was very good with great staff attention to detail.
The only fault I had was that my fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium. The staff were very apologetic. The bottle of red wine was served and not what was ordered. Again not the waitress fault. We drank it anyway. There was no deduction from the bill for either mistake.
The siting of the hotel was very central to the town with parking on site.
There was a spa and leisure club which we did not use as my wife had a cold.
Well done. We will return."
