Great stay!

Great stay for friends shopping trip! Clean and nice sized rooms. Great lighting in large bathroom (would be nice to have better lighting by mirror in sleeping area). Breakfast was full of options and very tasty. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location is walking distance to shopping and lots of food options. Have stayed here before and will stay here again :)

My overall stay did not meet my expectations. I had to change rooms once because the thermostat in my original room wasn’t working properly and kept overheating the room. Additionally, my room and bedding were not cleaned in a timely manner, and I often had to request service. When I asked for extra towels, it took about 30 minutes for them to be delivered. I booked this hotel hoping for peace of mind, but unfortunately, I didn’t experience that. The rooms also felt quite small. After long days, I expected a bit more comfort and efficiency from the service. On a positive note, the reception staff were always very kind and helpful. The gentleman and another lady who was so nice to me helped me at the front desk went out the way to assist me with my arrangements. I wish I had taken note of the names. I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendly attitude.
