The Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

The Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

8/10 Good
"Beautiful large hotel, best breakfast I have had at the restaurant since an ocean cruise. Pool was amazing, it had salt water. Room was good, but the tub backed up during showers, it was gross, and the ceiling filter vent was so clogged and dirty, that the AC couldn’t cool the room properly. I will definitely stay here again and check these details out ahead of time as the great things about the property outweighed the two problems"

"Breakfast was yummy! Bathrooms were clean. Check-in was pleasant and she was very helpful. Wi-fi . We stayed in a family suite. It had a separate bedroom for the master. It had a ceiling fan. But, there was no vent for the AC. We had to keep the door open to the other 2 Queen room where the kids were."
