The only problem was the coffee pot handle broke, causing a mess and breaking the pot. Free parking was provided. Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores were convenient. "The hotel is extremely well done as a constru. The tilesin the bathrooms, the silicones, they are just lime as if it was my home! Very surprised with such high quality. Breakfast is above average but can be even more elevated. On the downsides, when i asked for a pair of slippers, i didn't like the answer that 'thry are not included in room category'. Cmon it's a pair of slippers!"

"We booked the studio deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. You have to ask at the front desk desk to have your room served if you want clean towels or more coffee and tea supplied.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very impressive - an assortment of hot & cold choices. The restaurant has delicious food and a full menu. We had a free two hour visit to the spa to use the hot and saunas daily. It was a great way to unwind from a busy day. We didn’t partake in any massages, so no comment on that. It is a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again if our path takes us back to Oswiecim."

"Ciężko znaleść wejscie do hotelu, przybyliśmy późnym wieczorem i po wejściu do hotelu od strony parkingu uderzający był gwar i zapach piwa jak z baru piwnego. Pokój był zimny a ogrzewanie nie działało,wstawiono nam grzejnik elektryczny.Telewizja nie działała . Rano po zejściu na śniadanie zastaliśmy jedną panią która była zajęta przyjmowaniem płatności kartą i puste talerze z jedzeniem -nie było talerzy,kubków,bułek ,resztka chleba,po jednym plasterku żółtego sera i białego .Słowem nie było co zjeść .Dopiero po zgłoszeniu do recepcji coś się jednak znalazło. "
