"This hotel needs some maintenance although overall it’s OK for the price. The gym is not ventilated well and it’s very hot and hard to breathe. The swimming pool is indoor and poor air quality. All hotel rooms have poor drainage in the shower. Shishah restaurant on the seventh floor is a must visit for people who smoke"

"This is one of the best hotels in Ordu, with all tourist amenities nearby. The location was amazing. Our room, air-conditioning, washroom, staff service, everything was great. The most important thing that stood out for us was the hotel staff, who sincerely provided very professional and great service to us. So a BIG thank you to hotel staff. We loved our stay. Thank you"

"We don’t smoke but were booked into a smoking room. Only one of the four floors was for smokers and the receptionist said we might be able to switch rooms the following day, but we didn’t feel the need since the room was very clean and didn’t have the smell of smoke or other odors. The service staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We would definitely stay at this location again."

"Booked this place because it was off a major road. We were pleasantly surprised bybthis hotel. The room was huge. Bed and pillow were very comfortable and we had the best sleep. Breakfast was also very good with huge portion. "
