"We stayed at Aloft Sugarloaf with our family for three nights, including Christmas, and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent with no issues during our stay. The gym was clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. The pool was a little cold, but overall it was a nice amenity. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf! The area around the hotel was very nice, with plenty of restaurants and convenient places nearby. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bartender was amazing! I tried the chicken quesadilla, which was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was also very good. When I visit again, I’ll definitely have to try the wings 😄. I believe the bartender’s name was Sarah, though I’m not completely certain, but she was great. On my way out, I was greeted by Ross, who asked about my stay and was very friendly. I mentioned that I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work, and he kindly provided me with coffee to go from the snack store, which I truly appreciated since I needed caffeine for the drive. I stayed in a two-room suite, and the spacious room was lovely. From the window, I could see a beautiful lake and lights outside, which made for a great view at night. Housekeeping was busy but still managed to clean my room during my stay and offered water and anything else I might have needed. I was initially skeptical about staying here because pets are allowed, but I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The experience was great overall, and I would definitely stay here again."
