"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder."

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "One of the best hotels I stayed in. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding! It had everything you could ever want. And if it wasn't there, the great staff was willing to get it for you. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. Anklam itself is not very exciting, but it seems to be nice for outdoor activities."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible.
