The building and lot looked like it had been abandoned for a long time. Everything was neglected and trash everywhere. I didn't even bother checking in it was so bad.

Our only issue was their website indicates their pet fee is $15, but they actually charge $25. I pointed out the discrepancy and the staff person said it was a mistake on the website because they have "always" charged $25. I encouraged them to fix the inaccurate information on their website.
