Customer service was appalling. I was woken up with a bang on my door at 7.15am with Mary delivering my breakfast. I had not asked for room service and was a bit put out. The food consisted of an omelette, some cabbage, bread and a bowl of fruit. The upstairs restaurant was tired and looked unkempt, ...
