"We knew there was no elevator but they never told us they were giving us a 5th floor. Probably was our mistake not to ask what floor. Miscommunication!!!! Glad they solved our problem and gave us 1st floor. In our apt in Slovenia we knew since we booked it was going to be 2nd floor. Other than that, the Apt was in a good location, walkable distance to downtown! Very clean, good bed, small room."

"This is my favourite of the Liburnia hotels in Opatija, much more personal than the bigger Ambassador. The staff are always super-friendly, and the rooms are always clean and well-equipped. The food is always good, and the indoor pool is great for when it is too cold to use the outdoor one."
