"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Reichlich Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war für dieses rustikale Ambiente sehr gut eingerichtet, überrascht war ich von einer kleine Küche (je nach Zimmer) Der Innenhof ist ein sehr schöner Stil der mittelalterlichen Baukunst, auch sehr gemütlich. "

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Ist etwas irreführend Fotos zu verwenden oder Wellness anzugeben, die mit dem Hotel keine tatsächliche Verbindung haben. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung für meinen geschmach etwas zu teuer für die Hotelausstattung und die Zimmer. "

"Very nice place! Large apartment for 2. Well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet. Will recommend! 🌟"

"Nice place and very close to train stop Bad Sulza. Close to city centre 1km walk. Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site. Free parking on site.😎 Very nice, kind and helpfull staff."

"Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet. Man muss sich aber bewußt sein, das es direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Fenster. Und natürlich die Züge vom Bahnhof. Also schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich. In der Dusche floss das Wasser erst nicht richtig an,ein Mann konnte es richten. Parkplatz kostet 5,-€ extra, kein Problem, war nur nicht erwähnt worden. Für 1 Macht als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nach Konzert vollkommen in Ordnung."

"Zimmer sauber, aber es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Keinerlei auffindbare Erklärung, wie die Temperatur hätte geregelt werden können. Fernseher leider nur Programme vom ÖRR, mein Sat1/RTL etc, diesen waren alle verschlüsselt. Sehr laut, da Hauptstraße direkt vorm Hotel, nachts ausgaktbar aber Abends wirklich nervig"
