El Hotel Stazione Centrale no existe, un cliente paga cuando hace la reservacion y cuando el cliente va a ese hotel este no existe. ESO COMO SE LLAMA. A caso al cliente le devuelven el dinero. ESO COMO SE LLAMA; a cso eso no se llama ESTAFA

Ottima posizione.

B&B comodo, silenzioso, pulito. Ho pernottato in una bella camera con bagno privato. Gli orari del check in sono piuttosto limitati perché non c'è reception, ma per il resto niente da dire. Andrea gentilissimo, check in e chiavi in due minuti.

Davvero il minimo indispensabile: letto matrimoniale formato da 2 materassi singoli, non il massimo della comodità.ho dovuto lasciare un biglietto per avere un secondo rotolo di carta igienica dopo 3 giorni. Nel complesso abbastanza pulito anche se un po' impolverato. Visto il prezzo come camera non è male, magari solo un po' di attenzione in più a questi dettagli

Leider 0 Flexibilät bei check in Zeiten. Wir waren erst nach 15:00 h in Bologna, check in war unmöglich. Hatten stunden vorher Unterkunft telef. kontaktiert. die Dame war aber nicht bereit, uns später in die Unterkunft zu lassen (16:30 h). Somit mussten wir 2 Nächte bezahlen, obwohl wir nur 1 Nacht dort nächtigen konnten. Für den 1. Tag mussten wir uns eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen und natürlich auch zahlen.

Una vera e propria sola! Abbiamo prenotato la stanza alle 16 e 30 di pomeriggio. Ci è poi arrivato un sms con scritto che il check-in chiudeva alle 15 e di chiamare dunque il costumer service. Nessuno ha mai risposto. Dunque ci siamo presentati al luogo indicato e ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad una serranda chiusa!! Il giorno dopo ci siamo ripresentati in orario di check-in e ad aspettarci c'era sempre lei, la serranda chiusa! E come noi altri turisti ingannati in cerca di spiegazioni da cui abbiamo se non altro ottenuto un po' di solidarietà! Siamo stati presi in giro e "derubati"!!

Ho prenotato al volo questa struttura per emergenza a Bologna. Chiamato un milione di volte il B&B prima dell'arrivo, nessuno rispondeva. Arrivati alla porta nessuno apriva. E' riportato che per arrivi al di fuori dell'orario descritto, si poteva tranquillamente chiamare il B&B. Non mi hanno rimborsato e ci si è dovuti arrangiare nel cuore della notte per trovare qualcos'altro a Bologna. Sconsigliato e pessimo. Mai successo niente del genere con i B&B.

Pessima gestione del check-in. L'orario nel quale poterlo fare è scomodissimo ma soprattutto non è ben visibile prima dell'acquisto. Inoltre sull'annuncio veniva data la possibilità di accordarsi per un orario diverso ma non si è rivelata un'informazione corretta. La prenotazione non è rimborsabile e quindi non ho potuto fare nulla se non perdere soldi e cercarmi un'altra sistemazione.

Boa noite!! Gostava de deixar aqui o meu desagrado uma vez que não consegui fazer o check in uma vez que o mesmo é da 13 as 15h e esse aviso não está disponível aquando da reserva em letras visíveis. Pior que isso já depois de me terem obrigado a reservar outro hotel (sem direito a reembolso) uma vez que o meu voo só chegava a Bolonha as 23, o anúncio deste hotel estava disponível para essa mesma noite já depois das tais 17h do check in Estragaram me logo essa noite.

NOS DEJARON EN LA CALLE

Nos dejaron en la calle. No nos dieron ninguna facilidad, no nos devolvieron el dinero, dormimos en la calle, hablamos con ellos y nos colgaban. La app tampoco nos ofreció ninguna ayuda. Lamentablemente sigue estando disponible para reservar. NO RESERVAR AQUÍ. LEER LOS COMENTARIOS.

non so dire niente di questa struttura, unica cosa che sa fregare i soldi, avevo prenotato qua per una notte senza leggere nei minimi dettagli le condizioni, quindi senza sapere dove e la fregatura, infatti il check-in era dalle 13-15, quindi se non arrivi in questi tempi gli regali i soldi, perché non vengono ad accoglierti oltre questo orario e ti dicono di trovarti un altro alloggio.Ladri...............
