"We were kept up for many hours by dogs barking in what seemed like every second room on our floor. This was magnified by thin walls, Our door safety chain was broken. The room key always took 4-6 attempts before working. The mattresses were AT LEAST 3 YEARS PAST THEIR REPLACEMENT DATE WITH SPRINGS STICKING OUT OF ONE. Walls needed painting throughout and the carpets were desperate for a cleaning especially on the stairs. The advertised all included breakfast consisted of toast, coffee, tea and orange type juice. Wow! The bathroon was clean."
