Kış tatili için tercih ettik ama maalesef memnun kalamadık. Bungalov soğuktu gece baya üşüdük. Odalarda verdikleri havlular yırtık pırtıktı. Fiyat performans olarak değmedi maalesef aldığımız hizmet. Doğa olarak çok iyi konumda olmasına rağmen daha iyi hizmet sunulabilirdi

Otel çok huzurlu temiz ve doğayla iç içe.Çalışanlar her konuda çok anlayışlı ve yardımcı.Hijyen olarak gördüğümüz kadarıyla gayet temizdi.Puan kırdığım tek nokta otel restoranıyla ilgili.Kahvaltı yeterli ancak öğle yemeğinde yediğimiz yemek çok kötüydü ve bir daha da yemedik.Ayrıca mutfak bölümünde çalışan herkesin böyle bir dönemde maskelerini takmaları gerekirdi.İçimize hiç sinmeden yedik malesef.

Keyifli akşam eğlencesi,çok güzel bahçe

Haftasonu için seçtiğimiz bir oteldi. Bahçede bungalow’lar ve 2 adet ahşap villa mevcut. Otel odaları çok küçük ve dolap yok. Bununla birlikte çalışanlar yardım sever, akşam eğlencesi çok keyifli ve sabah kahvaltısı mükemmel. Bahçesinden de çok keyif aldık.

Ugly set up has no overlooking view.

The moment we arrived we left the place.We did not even checked in.bad set up .dirty linen and no air condition could not properly communicate as no English speaking servers. We do not recommend to stay Further we are asking for refund of charges on dates we never stayed.

Otel yemyesil bir alan üzerinde dogayla ic ice olması yönüyle cok hosumuza gitti. Odalar temiz ancak cati kati gibi basik alcak tavan vardi. Klozet bozuktu ara ara su akitiyordu kendi çözümü kendimiz bulduk yoksa gece uyuyamazdik. Kahvaltiya gelince tertemiz bir havada on numara kahvalti vardi cok begendik. Son olarak resepsiyon ve diger çalışanların güleryüzlü ilgili olmasini beklerdik, bu konuda yani işletme konusunda cok zayıf olduklarını düşünüyoruz.

otelin bahçesi ve yakınındaki dere kenarı ilgi çekici. Ancak otelin kendisinde yenileme ihtiyacı göze çarpıyor. Mutfak çalışanları hijyen kurallarına dikkat etmiyor. (Zemin temizliği sırasında sandalyenin mutfak tezgahına konulması gibi) Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan arkadaş o pozisyona uygun olmadığını her haliyle belli ediyordu ki zaten kendisini aynı günün akşamı mutfakta bulaşıkta gördük. Otele giriş aşamasında wifi, kahvaltı saati, yakın çevre v.b. genel bilgilendirmelerin hiçbirisi yapılmadı. Gittiğimizde saat 14:00'ten önce idi yine de odanın durumunu sorduk. 10 dakikaya hazır bilgisini alınca beklemeye karar verdik. Otelin bahçesini keşfe çıktık. 30 dakika sonra geri döndüğümüzde odanın temizliği yapılacak dendi. 10 dakikaya hazır demiştiniz diye hatırlatınca suçlu temizlikçi arkadaşlar oldu... "Yapıyorlardı ama yapmamışlar" dedi resepsiyondaki arkadaşımız. Üstüne de kaba bir şekilde ekledi "Zaten saat 14:00 olmadı daha... Normalde oda teslim saatimiz 14:00" , "İyi de güzel kardeşim biz sorduğumuzda 10 dakikaya hazır diye söyleyen sendin" dediğimizde "Tamam yapıyorlar arkadaşlar temizliği, gerginlik yaratmayın" şeklinde uyarımızı da aldık. Odaya çıktığımızda 1 çift kişilik, 2 tek kişilik yatak olması gerekirken 1 yatak eksikti. Uyarı ile düzeltildi. Neden olarak da Hotels.com yanlış yapmış dendi. Bu nedenlerle otelin yönetiminin zayıf kaldığını düşünüyorum. Otele yatırım yapılmalı (ufak yenilemeler, değişiklikler v.b.) ekip eğitilmeli ve denetlenmeli.

Otelin yerinin ve konumunun iyi olması, butik otel konsepti dışında herşey berbat.! Hizmet denen şeyi yanlış anlamış olmalılar. Gece saat 11 de çakılan çiviler,birbiriyle bağırıp çağırarark konuşan yine gece saati ıslıkla birbirini çağıran çalışanları ile hizmet kavramını tamamen yanlış anlamış bir işletme!! Sadece temizlik ve kahvaltısı iyi. Bu fiyatlara kendinizi daha özel hissedeceğiniz bir yerde konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Hayal kırıklığı yaşadım.

Otelin konumu, bahçe içinde olması, kahvaltısı ve çalışanların davranışları çok iyiydi. Bölgedeki pek çok otelden daha iyi bir bahçeye sahip. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve doyurucu.
