Biz Deluxe 108’de 1 gece konakladık. Karşılamadan otelden ayrılana kadar çok ilgililerdi. Temiz, düzenli, ferah kullanım alanı olarak çok iyiydi. Konum olarakta çok başarılı kesinlikle. Çok memnun kaldık her anlamda, Abant’a konaklama için gidersek tercihimiz belli 👍

Hem sahipleri hem çalışanlar mükemmel. Gece restaurant kapandı diye kendi çaydanlıklarını verip alın bu çayı yeni demledik dediler. Gerçekten takdire şayan. Bolu da artık bir evimiz var.

Temiz, şirin ve sıcak bir aile işletmesi. Herkes güler yüzlü ve pozitif. Kahvaltısı ise mükemmel.
Daha önce defalarca göl kenarındaki malum otellerde kalmış biri olarak kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim, özellikle kafa dinlemek için. Dağ evini görmenizi tavsiye ediyorum.

Ses yalıtımı yok. Sıcak su yoktu. Elektrik de yoktu. Saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu ve tuvalet kapağı kırıktı. Odadaki su ısıtıcıyı kullanmak için açtığımda içinde küf ve su vardı. Kahvaltısı deseniz vasat. Çalışanlar ise güler yüzden uzak tipler. Bir daha asla tercih etmem. Yol yakınken siz de tercih etmeyin.

Rezervasyon sırasındaki bir yanlış anlaşılmayı, çabuk ve hızlı bir şekilde çözümlediler. Otelin belirli kısımları yenilenmiş. Çok keyifli ve güzel olmuş. Fiyat / fayda dengesi yüksek. Kahvaltıda beklentimiz düşük olmasına rağmen, kahvaltısına bayıldık.

Oda sıcak ve konforluydu ancak banyo biraz daha bakımlı ve kullanışlı olabilirdi duş almak biraz zor oldu kahvaltı orta düzeydeydi kahvaltılıkların kalitesi artırılmalı çalışmalar genel olarak ilgiliydi ancak küşük kızım kahvaltı yapacağımız yerdeki oyuncaklarla oynarken oyuncakları kaldırdılar bu biraz üzdü çocukların mutlu olması benim için çok değerli bu konuda onlara puanım sıfır itici bir hareketti

Çok çok kötü!!!
Dağ evi adındaki dağ eviyle yakından uzaktan alakası olmayan, derme çatma bir köy evinde konaklamak üzereydik. Üzereydik diyorum çünkü paramızı iade alıp otelden çıkıp İstanbul'a geri döndük ve Abant seyahati planımızı iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Odanın yan oda ile arasında ahşap bir paravan var sadece. Fısıltı ile konuşsanız bile ses duyuluyorken yan odadan gelen kükreme benzeri hormala sesi yüzünden gece 12 de o yorgun halimizle otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık. Horlama sanki yanımızdaki yatakta yatan birisinden geliyor gibiydi . Hem tatil planımız iptal oldu hem de yorgunluktan bitik haldeysek İstanbula dönüş 2,5 saat yol gittik. Bir de bu odaya 400 TL almak istiyorlar. Bir de dağ manzaralı diye yazdıkları oda bildiğin yola bakıyor. Çok çok kötü.

otel konumu, temızlıgı,carsafların mıs gıbı kokması,kahvaltının lezzetı,guleryuzlu ınsaların olması anlamında mükemeldi.:D tek sıkıntı odada wifi telefon çekmiyotdu. :D bide otelden bağımsız olarak 19.10.2019 tarihinde 109 numaralı odada kalan misafir saat 9 duvara vuruyordu otelde kalmayı bilmiyorsa kalmasın birdaha. :D
