"Rooms were perfect for what you needed and very clean. Beautiful hotel in perfect location for nearby hikes etc. the breakfast was incredible, lots of options. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"The staff was wonderful. We arrived early at this fine hotel, and immediately they offered to store our luggage and gave us access to the outdoor swimming pool, a welcome relief on this very hot day. When we checked in later, we found they had upgraded us from our standard room to one of their junior suites which turned out to be one of the largest and most exquisite rooms we've ever stayed in. It had a separate living room with a balcony, a huge marble bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable, and we wished we had more than just one night to spend in such luxury. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming; with anything you could want including custom egg dishes made to order. I can't say the same about our dinner in the hotel restaurant. The menu was limited and it was overpriced for what we had, and the place was understaffed and seemed to take forever. So bottom line, my recommendation is to stay at this great hotel but choose somewhere else, perhaps with more local Tyrolean food options for your dinner."

"The location is perfect if you’re looking for a more subdued experience. Not in the heart of the action rather lovely and peaceful. One dinner restaurant within a 5 min. stroll in the valley and another in town about 12 min. Walking. The spa was indeed a plus and much needed relaxation after hiking and sight seeing. Overall a great tranquil place!"

"Lovely hotel in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping area, museums etc. couple of minutes walk from bus and rail station. Hotel is lovely, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the piazza which was busy, but we had no noise so great soundproofing. The pool is across the road so easy to get to, however they have limited sun beds so need to get there earlier. Hotel staff were helpful in guiding how to get to certain places. Staff were very polite and overall hotel amenities were good. The hotel does not offer the free Suditrol travel pass and you have to go to the bus station to buy one, despite what it says on the internet! Had a lovely stay here and would return."

"Such a beautiful hotel in a great location to see the area. Bolzano was great with several shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to Lake Carezza and Seceda which allowed us to see a lot on our short stay. Amazing breakfast with a variety of local tastings, a self service beverage bar. Incredibly accommodating staff and a truly a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend!"
