Horrible hotel which is not as advertised. Room smelled like cigarettes, no elevator no restaurants, limited parking. area around the hotel is very sketchy. Felt like a pay-by-the-hour hotel, left after 10 minutes. Felt very unsafe with my family and left and they wouldn't refund me despite it being only 10 mins between checking in and deciding not to stay there.

Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Türen verschlossen, da das Hotel erst um 14.00 Uhr die Türen öffnet. Nach langer Autofahrt blieb uns nichts anderes übrig als uns auf einer Bank vor dem Hotel auszuruhen.. Nach einer Nacht haben wir unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Es gibt bessere Hotels, vor allem solche die Ihre Gäste willkommen heißen und nicht vor verschlossenen Türen stehen lassen.
Ausruhen nach langer Autofahrt auf einer Bank vor dem Hotel bis die Türen aufgeschlossen werden

Struttura al passo con i tempi, tecnologica e moderna. Personale, a parte un signore/ragazzo dell'accoglienza e un altro signore(forse proprietario) che ci ha accolti la sera e la mattina seguente, con gentilezza e professionalità, per il resto poco cortese ma anche poco preparato sulla situazione della gestione delle stanze e del pagamento

The water pressure is very bad, and the sink is too small. When attempting to wash the face the entire bathroom got wet. The AC doesn’t work and the room gets very humid

I would skip this one. Haha.

If you have other options, I'd skip this one. Lots of complaints (such as actual glassware, like a wine glass, being "forbidden" in the room due to possible breakage. Really. In Italy wine glasses are not allowed? Haha. Also be sure to argue for the free parking stated in the description, otherwise they will not give out the free pass and will charge you. Basically, unless you get very lucky, there is not free parking, or even parking near the property. So, you have to demand the free parking pass, as they initially will tell you it is not available. We also witnessed 2 other guests arguing with desk staff about various issues, which should have been a red flag. On the plus side it was fairly cheap, but the rooms are super small for more then 1 person.

Nella norma

Hotel non lontano dal centro di Bolzano (15 min a piedi). Servito da autobus in una zona tranquilla. Camera tripla nella norma ma non spaziosissima. Bagno pulito ed ampio con una bella finestra. La camera tuttavia era un po' trascurata con la testata del letto evidentemente usurata. Staff cordiale e gentile. Possibilità di parcheggio auto in zona. Tutto sommato un buon hotel, per chi vuole spendere il giusto.
