"We had a really good experience staying at Fort Prével. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff's communication was top-notch—since we were driving, we were worried about arriving late, but the hotel proactively reached out to us to make sure everything went smoothly. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The only downside was that housekeeping didn't come by to clean our room during the stay. However, the on-site restaurant more than made up for it—the food was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Our stay was great! We only stayed one night, but did manage to take advantage of the surroundings including a dip in the water, walking into the community and dining at the motel restaurant. Room was really clean and well maintained. The only thing missing would be complimentary water in the room."

"We had a wonderful stay here as a family of five—two adults and three young children—and would definitely recommend it! We are primarily English-speaking, and although we tried our best to communicate in French, we truly appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff were. Everyone was more than willing to switch to English when needed, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel has beautiful views, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Breakfast was another highlight: the pastries were delicious, the coffee was excellent, and there was a great selection of kid-friendly cereals and other options that kept our three little ones very happy! The location was also perfect for exploring the area. We were very close to the tourist/welcome centre and enjoyed several local restaurants, a boat tour to the island, and plenty of time at the fantastic playground there. With its beautiful location, friendly and accommodating staff, and family-friendly amenities, this is a wonderful place to stay with young children. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend it to other families!"
