A big part of what made the trip so special was our accommodation. It was absolutely excellent—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and having such a welcoming space to return to after long days of exploring made a huge difference to our overall experience. What stood out even more was our host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Their warmth and genuine care added a personal touch that you don’t always find, and it really elevated the entire trip. Verona itself charmed us from the moment we arrived. Wandering through its cobbled streets, we were constantly discovering beautiful piazzas, hidden corners, and stunning architecture. The atmosphere felt relaxed yet vibrant, especially in the evenings when the city seemed to glow. We loved taking our time—enjoying long dinners, sipping wine in small bars, and simply soaking up the ambiance."
