"One of the worst experiences I had in my life for real"

"The breakfast was good, but you had to walk to a close by cafe before 10 to get it. No more hotel breakfast. Maid service came at 9; I had just got up. Asked them to come back in an hour. They did not return all day. Didn't mind the room not made up but I had no coffee for the next morning. Mentioned it to the front desk when I left. They did not seem to care. Overall I like the hotel, and mainly stay there because it's a really good pet-friendly hotel. Usually I have no issues."

"Clean room, not really up to the standards that we have had at other Sonesta properties, but it was comfortable and quiet. Only issue with the room was the condition of the shower....it was clean enough, the shower pull on the run -off fixture didn't transfer most of the water to the shower-head. Most of the water was coming out of the water spout and filling up the tub with water with a thin stream coming out of the shower-head. Looks like they need to do an update on bathrooms. Staff was very pleasant at the desk and the ladies making up the rooms were very happy and pleasant in the hallways. "

"Upon arriving, I was told that the ice machine didn't work and that the Wi-Fi on the entire property was really poor. Was also even told that the coffee which was available in the morning was bad. The rooms are always clean because that's a motel six policy but the parking at this hotel is extremely tight. I've stayed here before and the ice machine and Wifi are exactly the same thing today as they were months ago. With a few improvements, this could be a great hotel."

"Under a very needed renovation. No advertised breakfast or dining room. No office,using a room. Asphalt in poor condition, roots causing raised areas."

"They were apparently booked full not sure why I was even allowed to place the booking. Well they didn't have rooms for the reservation I made. Luckily the gentleman kept at it and was able to get me one usually reserved for ADA act. Room was different to say the least. The only thing I would change is the shower nozzle I would put one that has a hose and shower wand as Disabled come in all shape and sizes. I am blessed to still be able to bend and move freely. So it was kinda fun to bath like a bird. But I don't know how much help it would be to a truly disabled. STAFF is very friendly and professional and under the circumstances they provided excellent service as a solution for the problem was attained. "
