"When we got to the hotel we pulled the cover out and the bed had dried up blood all on one side. We immediately got our stuff and went
back to front desk and requested a new room. He was helpful and apologized. We walked into our new room and it had a smell but the beds were ok. The shower had no pressure. After the first room we were so skeptical of everything. We just needed a few hours of sleep before our state track
meet. The breakfast looked terrible. We turned our keys in and left. Staff was great but the rooms need some deep cleaning."
"My day was not a good stay. The bathroom ceiling was caving in and it looked at disgusting and hazardous. I didn’t even shower there. I went to a friend house close by to shower because I was scared that the ceiling was gonna fall in and then the bathroom was leaking water all the way in the front by the refrigerator. I woke up to a puddle of water. The sofa was stain tremendously, and the refrigerator didn’t work. I was going to stay more than one day, but I checked out and went to another hotel for the rest of the weekend. I will never stay there again. They advertise breakfast and all they had was coughing. "
"Room was spotless, and very quiet, parking was convenient, but entrance to hotel was a little difficult to find from the frontage road, suggest a larger, more prominent sign, but overall definitely a “10” rating for hotel "
"We got into our room just to find out it smelled like urine. Our room was switched and was fine until we got ready to go to sleep. We pulled back the covers and our sheets were dirty, brown spots in several areas. Our room was switched again - upgraded to suite. There were two dead bugs on the floor. One side of our fitted sheet had dried blood on it. We slept on the top of our comforter for the night because were exhausted from driving and moving rooms. We won't stay at this hotel again - EVER! The desk person kept apologizing and telling us she was very embarrassed about the cleanliness of the room. We took pictures of room 2 and room 3 just to be able to show the front desk. Aweful!!! "
