Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Very relaxing beautiful property in a beautiful surroundings setting.
Five star responsive staff.
Great location with shops, dining and entertainment from onsite all the way to Ft Myers north and Naples south."
"Hotel looks new and appears to be well kept. Common areas were clean. Pool was cloudy but we used in early evening so it may have been dirty from day's use. Our room appeared clean, but was infested with ants/roaches. I killed two large ants in the evening and woke up to a roach on my headboard and ants all over the desk. Was so disgusted, family refused to eat breakfast at hotel. I am a fan of this brand, but I will not stay here again."
"We had an excellent Mother’s Day weekend getaway at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa in Bonita Springs. The entire experience exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived.
The highlight of the resort was definitely the water amenities. The lazy river was incredibly fun and relaxing, especially for families, and the water slides were a huge hit for both kids and adults. The pool areas were spacious, well maintained, and never felt overcrowded despite the busy holiday weekend. There were plenty of chairs, beautiful landscaping, and a great tropical atmosphere throughout the property.
The food was also surprisingly good across the resort. Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The restaurants and poolside service made it easy to enjoy the weekend without ever needing to leave the property.
One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. The rooms, pools, common areas, and restrooms were consistently spotless and well cared for. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the resort.
Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to dining service to pool attendants, the customer service made the stay feel special and stress-free.
Overall, this was a perfect Mother’s Day getaway destination. Great pools, fun water slides, relaxing lazy river, excellent food, clean facilities, and amazing staff. We would absolutely return again."
