Personal Trip

The first room we were given, had a used water bottle from the previous tenent along with hair in the sink, bed, and a dirty toilet. We informed the staff immediately and they moved us to another clean room promptly. The room had lots of nice features, but is missing the capability to allow guests to stream their own Netflix, or other digital media in their own language. I will bring my laptop with a HDMI cable next time to watch digital programs in my native language. The loction of the hotel is right across the train station which also has a taxi stand, making it great rest stop location. The parking garage is very secure and below the hotel, which can be a tight fit for larger vehicles. The breakfast was bland and I did like the self serving coffee machines. Overall, it was a good stay and will book again in the future.

Wir hatten nach dem Besuch der nahegelegenen Therme Euskirchen eine Nacht im "Deluxe Doppelzimmer" mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und ließ, genauso wie das Frühstück keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal durchweg freundlich. Kleine Sonderwünsche von meinem 6 jährigen waren auch kein Problem. Die Lage ist direkt am Bahnhof, ist aber anscheinend nicht die beste Gegend, was aber den tollen Aufenthalt nicht schmälert. Würde das Hotel beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.

Gerne wieder

Empfang und Kontakt zum Hotel war optimal, nichts auszusetzen. Lediglich die Wartezeit zur Öffnung des Fitness-Bereichs war ein wenig schade, weil ich aufgrund weiterer Termine nicht mehr zum Sport gekommen bin. Personal im Restaurant/Bar sehr sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war groß und modern. Aber die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Die Temperatur war gefühlt wie in der Sauna. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gaben unterschiedliche Auskünfte, wie die Klimaanlage einzustellen ist. Aber nichts davon klappte. Kalt duschen ging auch nicht, nur heiß oder warm. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Im Fitneßcenter war es ähnlich heiß. Von den Hanteln waren übrigens nur noch die ganz schweren vorhanden. Das Ambiente vor dem Hotel ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es mehr oder weniger der Bahnhofs-Vorplatz ist.

All was good except for the bed, way to soft and the pillows not cotton(sweaty). Otherwise Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, and the breakfast was always good.

Super Kurzurlaub, alles so wie man es sich wünscht

Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber des Bahnhofes. Trotzdem hat man nichts davon gehört, win sehrcruhiges Zimmer( Blick auf Innenhof). Es gab einen Aufzug. Tiefgarage sehr gut gesichert mit 2 Schranken und extra Gitter. Viele Parkplätze ( Tiefgarage mit Sparkasse geteilt) es gab auch Abstellmöglichkeiten und Aufladestecker für EBikes . Das Bett war sehr bequem, 2 Kissen pro Person. Grosses Bad mit 2 Waschbeccken. Wir hatten Dusche mit Glastür und extra Badewanne. Die Toilette im Bad separiert mit Glastür. Leerer Kühlschrank zum privaten Gebrauch. Ausreichen Schubladen und grosser Schrank mit normalen Kleiderbügel. Direkt neben dem Hitel fängt die kleine und saubere Enkaufsmeile an. Stadt mit Gesicht als Moto. Wir waren in der Therme für einen Tag, nur 3 Km enternt. Auf jeden Fall einen Reie wert.

Super komfortable store værelser. Receptionisten om aften var mindre venlig. Ingen problem næste dag. Vi nåede ikke at prøve Spa afdelingen, da vi kun var på gennemrejse. Rigtig god morgenbuffet.
