"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "
